Our first weekend in Swanage coincided with the Swanage Railway's Diesel Gala Weekend, hence the variety of locos you will see here. Class 50 50008, originally D408, was built by English Electric Vulcan Foundry in 1968. Withdrawn and sold for preservation in 1992, now owned and operated by Hanson & Hall Rail. Seen at Swanage.
