The pub I did use as “my local”, though in those days it was called The Dusty Miller, and looked more traditional. The Lounge Bar is still there (across the front of the building), but at the back where the Public Bar used to be there is now a large extension laid out for dining. We did pop in to the Lounge Bar briefly, but unlike the days I remember when it was perhaps not full, but certainly well occupied with locals, we were the only two in there! It has since reverted to its original name - The Dusty Miller.
