During the course of the two days, I got to drive the following vehicles, either on the Minehead Town Tour, or on the Watchet - Minehead - Porlock service, or to or from the Taunton (Norton Fitzwarren) depot to the coach park at Minehead, where vehicles were on static display in addition to those running in service. Unless stated otherwise, all the buses had "crash" gearboxes - i.e. manual gearchange but no synchromesh on anything!
This is Western National 1957 Bristol Lodekka LDL6G with ECW bodywork, and the one with the lovely gear arrangement shown on the first page.
